Options
With Independent Nursing Services, you will be
able to choose between Contract or PRN
assignments.
Weekly Pay & Direct
Deposit
You will receive your paycheck weekly and will be
able take advantage of the opportunity to have
your paycheck directly deoposited into your
existing bank account. You may also qualify for
Independent Nursing Services Daily Pay option.
401 (k) Savings Plan
Once you become eligible, you can start saving
for retirement by deferring up to 15% of your pay
to your 401(k) plan. All employee contributions
as well as all matching contributions are 100%
vested immediately. For information on matching
contributions and other limits, please ask your
recruiter.
Medical Insurance
Independent Nursing Services knows that a good
benefits program is a solid investment in its
employees. Independent Nursing Services pays 100%
of employee medical insurance premiums. In
addition, low-cost dependent coverage and
supplemental insurance choices (such as dental,
vision and life insurance) are also available.
